Out of many issues identified, 3 stood out as clear problems for Taskers and the business:
Conducted Stakeholder Interviews and User Interviews before redesigning the registration & onboarding and pulled out coherent themes.
One of the first steps was to bring cross-functional teams together to figure out the ideal flow for Taskers. I conducted a workshop where we re-arranged key touch points along the flow.
After completing thorough investigation of the problem space through discovery and ideation I was ready with the necessary research and data to feel confident investing in design implementation.
Web responsive experience
Taskers can register on web, mobile web, and native apps for a frictionless experience.
Help registrants know that they need to add more details about their business and verify their personal information in order to become an active tasker.
Admin tracking experience
Operations needed tooling so that they can track and manage Taskers during the registration process.
The main goal of the revamped marketing site was to promote top reasons why to become a Tasker by aligning value propositions with the overall TaskRabbit brand.
The project was a success on all fronts.

I designed three design libraries that included base styles, components, and layouts for TaskRabbit's Mobile, Web, and Tasker teams.
Using the Invision DSM integration withing Sketch I collected reusable components, created clear standards, that could be assembled together to build 3 TaskRabbit products with consistency.
